How to submit an order?
Submit an Estimate or Order request through our website or call our office 909-425-3638 to place any order.
Files must be in vector format with all fonts converted to outlines, curves or paths. We accept the following formats: .eps, .pdf, Adobe Illustrator CC, Corel Draw 14, and Photoshop CC are acceptable file formats .
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Photocopies, Sketches, Stationary, Business Cards, and other imprinted products are NOT sufficient print ready artwork and may be subject to an art recreation charge if needed.
Innovative Signs & Designs reserves the right to reject any artwork that is not considered print ready. Art adjustments and recreations are charged at an hourly rate of $60.00 per hour, which are quoted before any graphic design begins.
Can I see what my order will look like before printing?
In printing terms, a proof is a digital copy of your order after all modifications and printing setup processes have been completed. We will send an email out with a proof for every order that comes though. It is your last and best opportunity to make sure that the print job comes out the way you want. By carefully inspecting the proof, you can help us assure an accurate, flawless delivery of your print job on the first run.
Can you guys do vehicle wraps?
Yes, we are do Full Vehicle or Partial Vehicle Wraps here at Innovative. The difference between full wraps and partial wraps are the amount of material used on the vehicle. Although partial wraps don’t cover the entire vehicle, it still looks professional and is budget friendly.
How long will it take to finish my order?
Completing an order is all dependent on what the order entails and the product you choose. If you ordered decals, a few signs or a few banners these orders will typically take 3-4 business days once the artwork is approved. If your order is apparel then it’s about 7-10 business days once artwork is approved. If your order is custom promotional products or custom signs we need about 10-15 business days. Most orders are delayed due to unapproved proofs/artwork. Production time begins after artwork is approved. These are simply estimated time frames. What is the process of ordering from start to finish?
The process is simple! Once you know what you would like to order, you can submit an order request right here online, call our office at 909-425-3638 or stop by our office location. We are here to help with any questions you might have.
FULL Payment of order is due during order placement. Once order is placed, our design team will prepare an artwork proofs for your approval before production will begin.
We will email a proof of the artwork within 24-48 hours after order placement. Once the artwork is approved order will move into printing and production. Upon completion you will receive a email notification and phone call that order is ready for pick-up.
